Base pay range $95,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, evaluate, and ensure the implementation of the patient's pathway to achieve identified outcomes.

Assume a leadership role in the provision of quality nursing care for patients receiving services within the nursing department.

Demonstrate continued competence in assessing, treating, and caring for individuals based upon age‑specific needs utilizing a developmental perspective.

Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and competence of designated skills identified for the position.

Supervise the smooth functioning of the unit on the assigned shift.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current licensure in the state.

Successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support course.

CNOR preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or BSN; Master’s degree in nursing/management preferred.
