Job Description
At Logic20/20, we partner with leading utilities to modernize enterprise systems, elevate customer and workforce experiences, and accelerate digital transformation. As we continue to grow our Digital Strategy & Transformation practice in Energy & Utilities, we’re seeking a Senior Manager who will lead from the front—developing IT transformation strategies, guiding high‑impact delivery, and driving innovation across utility business and technology landscapes.
This role focuses on helping electric and gas utilities modernize core IT systems (ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, Data & Analytics, Cloud, and AI platforms), streamline operations, and enable next‑generation digital capabilities that power the utility of the future.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Transformation
Define and execute enterprise IT transformation roadmaps that align with client strategic goals—modernizing legacy applications, integrating data ecosystems, and enabling cloud‑based and AI‑driven capabilities.
Drive digital innovation by leveraging emerging technologies (cloud platforms, data platforms, AI/ML, analytics, digital twin, low‑code solutions) to solve business challenges across asset management, field operations, customer engagement, and regulatory reporting.
Partner with business and IT leaders to design target operating models, IT governance structures, and scalable solution architectures.
Delivery Leadership
Lead complex IT consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality execution, business alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams (business, IT, data, and product) to deliver value through agile methods and continuous improvement.
Oversee project delivery across ERP modernization, data & analytics programs, and digital platform implementations.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Energy & Utilities sector focused on IT and digital transformation.
Shape go‑to‑market strategies, develop client proposals, and serve as a trusted advisor on technology‑enabled business transformation.
Strengthen client partnerships and contribute to account growth through insight‑led consulting and innovative solutioning.
Team & Practice Leadership
Mentor and develop consulting teams—cultivating leadership, innovation, and excellence across projects.
Collaborate with practice leadership to evolve our Digital Strategy & Transformation offerings and thought leadership in areas like AI strategy, data modernization, and IT operating models.
Qualifications
Consulting Experience
8+ years in consulting (preferably with a top‑tier or digital consulting firm) with strong experience in leading IT transformation initiatives within the utilities or adjacent industries.
Utility & IT Domain Knowledge
Deep understanding of utility business operations and enterprise IT landscapes, including ERP, CRM, EAM, data platforms, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
Proven experience guiding system modernization, cloud migration, or data transformation programs, ideally in utility or critical infrastructure contexts.
Familiarity with integration of IT systems with OT data (e.g., GIS, asset data) is a plus but not the primary focus.
Leadership & Communication
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client engagement skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster an inclusive, high‑performing environment.
Innovation & Strategy Mindset
Strong track record of helping organizations leverage emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, analytics, digital platforms) to transform business outcomes.
Strategic thinker with hands‑on delivery experience and an entrepreneurial mindset for driving practice growth.
