One of the city’s oldest and most respected foundations is seeking an immediate Temporary Advancement Coordinator to provide high-level executive support to its Advancement leadership team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with an inspiring, dynamic group of mission‑driven professionals, serving as a trusted administrative partner to the Chief Advancement Officer. Your work will directly support the systems, coordination, and internal operations that enable critical fundraising and communications efforts to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Chief Advancement Officer’s complex calendar and executive scheduling
Prepare meeting materials, provide precise note‑taking, and track next steps
Coordinate logistics for donor meetings, internal meetings, and site visits
Support business operations, including invoices, expense tracking, and vendor paperwork
Assist with departmental planning documents, project coordination, and onboarding support
Serve as a polished point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in donor development or supporting a senior executive (nonprofit preferred)
Strong written communication, organizational, and project-management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Salesforce
Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and discreet
