Role Overview Based in Madison, WI (relocation required), this position is designed for an exceptional litigator and counselor to help Epic navigate legal risks as the company expands into an exciting and rapidly changing industry. The role will manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its competitive strategy, and grow in responsibility as your skill set expands.
Responsibilities
Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations.
Engage in competition and regulatory litigation, providing strategic guidance to Epic.
Advise on an evolving competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
Participate in collaborations with cross‑functional teams to shape risk management strategies.
Qualifications
3 to 7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Strong academic and professional background in law.
Sharp eye for detail, creative mindset, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and fully reimbursed.
