You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings, manage litigation and regulatory matters, and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Responsibilities
Manage litigation and regulatory matters for Epic.
Advise Epic on legal risks and strategic decisions in a rapidly changing industry.
Lead settlement negotiations, draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and try cases.
Qualifications
3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (fully reimbursed).
COVID-19 vaccination required.
