The ideal candidate is someone withformer tech sales experience, ahigh-volume cold-calling background, and arelentless, entrepreneurial mindset. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, knows how to open doors, and wants to translate their sales skills into a long-term commercial real estate career.
Candidates should be self-starters who take initiative, work with urgency, and have the discipline and hunger to build a strong pipeline from scratch. Required Skills and Experience
4 Year Bachelor’s Degree
Background in tech sales, real estate, business development, or another high-velocity outbound sales role
Demonstrated success with cold outreach, heavy call volume, and pipeline creation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must obtain a California Real Estate Salesperson License (or already have one)
Highly motivated, persistent, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
