Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Roessel Joy Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing Real Estate company on a new Senior Property Accountant role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting a residential real estate portfolio, strong experience using Yardi, and some month-end-close experience. Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of residential properties. Support month-end-close, posting journal entries, and reconciliations. Complete hands-on General Ledger work. Assist with the budgeting and forecasting efforts. Mentor junior staff as needed. Identify opportunities for improvement within the Yardi platform. Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting/ Finance. 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong real estate industry background, ideally within residential real estate. Strong Yardi experience needed. Previous support of the month-end-close. Strong attention to deetail and communication skills. Seniority level
