Senior Property Accountant Our trusted client, a highly-regarded real estate investment firm based in San Francisco, is looking to welcome a Senior Property Accountant to their strong accounting team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive, growth‑minded organization.

This is a hybrid role, with 3x/week in Downtown SF close to public transportation.

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

About the role and your impact

Responsible for the accounting, taxes, and financial statements for their respective properties.

Month‑End/Year‑End Close

Journal entries

Bank reconciliations

Financial statement preparation

Work closely with Property Controller and Accounting Manager to support accounting operations

What you'll bring

3+ years of experience in real estate accounting

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

Experience with MRI, Yardi, or other real estate accounting software

Close-knit team culture
