About The Opportunity

As a Solutions Consultant supporting the Network Team, you will secure the technical win by partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape winning strategies and deliver compelling demonstrations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

How You'll Make An Impact

Partner with the Network Sales team to create and deliver business value – including discovery sessions, creative solutions, product demonstrations, and architecture reviews.

Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical capabilities, designing tailored solutions for each customer’s unique challenges and goals.

Maintain technical knowledge of Salsify’s product offerings and retailer/dr distributor stories to associate functionality with desired business outcomes.

Build strong relationships and trust with prospects and customers through industry thought leadership and expertise.

Act as a trusted advisor within the Solutions Consulting team and cross‑functional groups: Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing.

Leverage consultative leadership and creative problem‑solving skills to differentiate Salsify in a competitive market, directly impacting customer growth and satisfaction.

Use strategic influence and storytelling to clearly communicate the value of Salsify’s platform to all stakeholders.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have

3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or Sales Engineer for B2B SaaS solutions.

Creative, “art of the possible” mindset to solve problems for customers and Salsify.

Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to be challenged, execute, and win.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including influence on executive audiences.

Team‑player mentality.

Deep technical aptitude and understanding of complex data flows and enterprise architecture.

Programming expertise/foundational knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, data structures, etc.

Willingness to travel 20–25%.

Primary resource for completing RFI/RFP responses for North America and Europe.

Compensation Philosophy

We pay market rates, based on performance and proficiency, not tenure, and adjust proactively when market conditions change.

Benefits

Base salary of $108,800–$128,000 USD.

Eligible commission plan or bonus incentive.
