American Senior Communities is now hiring a Talent Acquisition Parter for the Home Health Division The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs, design and implement recruiting strategies, manage all job listing, screen candidates, set interviews and will be responsible for lifecycle hiring.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruitment field.
