American Senior Communities is now hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Home Health Division. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs, design and implement recruiting strategies, manage all job listings, screen candidates, set interviews and will be responsible for lifecycle hiring.
Responsibilities Collaborate with Hiring Managers to proactively identify recruitment needs and design tailored recruiting strategies.
Manage all job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee the entire hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
