We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Trial Attorney with 10–12+ years of professional experience to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive trial expertise in the Personal Injury (PI) field, with a proven track record of success in Medical Malpractice cases. This role requires exceptional courtroom skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex litigation from intake through verdict.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of medical malpractice litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial.
Develop and execute trial strategies that maximize outcomes for clients.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation with professionalism and confidence.
Collaborate with paralegals, associates, and support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys on trial techniques and case management.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and compassionate advocacy.
Qualifications
10–12+ years of litigation experience , with a significant portion dedicated to
Personal Injury law .
Demonstrated
extensive trial experience , including first-chair responsibilities in medical malpractice cases.
Deep knowledge of medical malpractice statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in AL.
