LHH is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategic
Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant
to support our CEO and executive leadership team. This hybrid role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels at both high-level strategic initiatives and hands‑on executive support. You will be a trusted advisor, project manager, and right hand to the CEO, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently and confidentially. The ideal candidate comes from the agriculture industry or grew up in that world and is passionate about Ag and ag education.
This role is 100% onsite and sits on the Fort Worth side of the metroplex.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, travel, and events for the CEO and executive team.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership, staff, and external partners.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, reports, and follow-up communications.
Oversee special projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional alignment.
Review, triage, and respond to executive emails, ensuring timely follow-up and action tracking.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist with board meetings, leadership offsites, and company-wide communications.
Coordinate speaking engagements, conference participation, and executive media appearances.
Provide light project management support to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting C‑suite executives or in a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment (technology, SaaS, or startup experience a plus).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
