Responsibilities
Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment options and care procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols
Skills Needed
Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in high‑pressure environments
