About the Opportunity We are seeking a

Senior Enterprise Sales Leader

with deep experience selling into the decentralized finance ecosystem. This role will spearhead commercial expansion across the U.S. institutional market, driving revenue growth for a next‑generation DeFi product offering designed for high‑value institutional use cases.

This is an opportunity to join an emerging, well‑backed organization with the agility of a startup and the ambition to reshape how alternative/crypto finance infrastructure is accessed at scale. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to originate and close complex enterprise deals is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Own full sales strategy and execution across the U.S. enterprise market

Leverage an existing network across DeFi, crypto institutions, trading firms, custodians, and digitally native funds

Build and scale a high-performance commercial pipeline from the ground up

Lead complex sales cycles involving product demonstrations, RFP responses, and executive negotiation

Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to inform roadmap and go‑to‑market alignment

Develop scalable enterprise sales processes, forecasting models, and KPIs

Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and client forums

Required Experience

8+ years enterprise sales experience within DeFi, crypto, digital asset infrastructure, blockchain technology, or institutional fintech

Strong executive‑level network across institutional crypto players and large financial counterparties in the U.S. marketDemonstrated track record exceeding multi‑million ARR quotas and closing complex solutions

Experience introducing new or emerging technology products to institutional markets-li>

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for execution

Comfortable in high‑growth, early‑stage, flexible environments
