What you’ll do
Lead enterprise sales strategy and execution across banking, fintech, and capital markets
Build deep C‑level relationships and drive transformational blockchain deals
Partner with product and strategy teams to shape market‑leading solutions
Develop and scale a high‑performance go‑to‑market framework
Desired qualifications
Proven success (8+ years) selling complex enterprise fintech/crypto/blockchain solutions
Strong network in financial institutions and capital markets
Experience closing large strategic deals (multi‑stakeholder, long cycles)
Ability to translate blockchain innovation into real business value
