Major Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives team focused on aligning stakeholders, developing actionable roadmaps, designing solutions, resourcing, and executing key strategic initiatives.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives by conducting assessments, translating strategic concepts into designs, prototyping models, and recommending opportunities for scaling.
Partner with leaders in setting priorities, developing action plans, and setting up appropriate project management systems for execution.
Conduct comprehensive strategic assessments, create robust frameworks, and establish initiative governance to translate high‑level concepts into actionable plans.
Develop and facilitate the development of executive‑level content as needed, ensure execution of plans, and facilitate appropriate levels.
Collaborate with Division President or designee to outline the roadmap for achieving deliverables for near, medium, and long term.
Support the leadership team through planning and working to milestone delivery for multiple deliverables and strategies.
Work closely with finance, HR, strategy, analytics, and operational colleagues to ensure efficiency and optimization of all efforts. Establish and maintain key relationships for thought leadership, external engagement, and communication.
Develop and execute long‑term operational strategies, aligning them with organizational goals to drive efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage.
Proactively communicate progress to the leadership teams regarding the implementation and value delivered of all projects and strategies.
Ensure all targets are met and completed on schedule and within budget.
Support strategy development methodologies, toolsets, and best practices and oversee the implementation and standardization of improvements system wide.
Lead the identification of strategic and operational opportunities across the system to create superior value, service excellence, and a high‑performing culture in an integrated approach.
Partner with executive leaders on high‑profile, confidential, complex efforts in the organization to drive change and organizational improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their strategic priorities and align project objectives with organizational goals.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that people actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization's business.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required None required
Education Required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business operations, health administration, public health, or a related field.
Experience Required A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and/or at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large multi‑state healthcare integrated delivery system.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Strong background in strategic execution, strategy design, project management and cross‑enterprise functional coordination.
Proven track record in strategic assessments and execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and challenges.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve organizational objectives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex information, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Strong ability to analyze business data.
Oversee project and strategic budgets and resources.
Successfully manage cross‑functional teams to implement and sustain new initiatives.
Strong ability to foster collaboration and achieve strategic objectives and enhance overall organizational performance.
Excellent ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting strategic plans, coordinating with teams, and reporting to senior management.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
This position requires travel; therefore, it will be exposed to weather and road conditions.
Operate all the equipment necessary to perform the job.
