What This Job Will Do As a Managing Director, you will oversee firm-wide litigation valuation strategy, manage high-profile litigation engagements, and lead business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and executestrategic business development initiativesfor litigation valuation services.
Lead high-profile matrimonial litigation valuation engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and expert report defensibility.
Serve as atrusted advisorto law firms, corporate clients, and private equity firms onlitigation valuation matters.
Manage and expandclient relationships, securing new engagements and fostering long-term partnerships.
Oversee firm-wide expert witness services, supporting legal teams in trial proceedings and dispute resolution.
Drive firm-wide revenue growth, ensuring financial performance targets are met.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals, from analysts to directors.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; MBA or JD preferred.
Certifications: CFA, CPA, ASA, ABV, or CFE preferred.
15+ years in litigation valuation, expert witness services, or forensic accounting, with significant leadership experience.
Deep understanding of business valuation, economic damages, and forensic investigations.
Experience in expert witness testimony and legal financial dispute resolution.
Proven ability to grow a litigation valuation practice, secure high-value clients, and develop new revenue streams.
Strong C-suite relationship management skills with law firms, corporate clients, and litigation finance professionals.
