Responsibilities

Lead the development of the long‑range strategy for LATAM, including ambition, market strategy, market/brand prioritization and strategic actions. Also partner with finance to develop three‑year financial projections for LATAM.

Lead the development of the long‑range strategy for supply chain and other functional areas (i.e., HR, CD), including strategic roadmap, actions, and required investment.

Support the Senior Director and Chief Strategy Officer in developing the Molson Coors enterprise strategy, by leading analysis of the external competitive and economic landscape.

Lead internal financial analysis and modeling of the company’s three‑year plan to support the team with scenario planning and board management.

Key Ingredients

5-8 years of industry experience.

Strong background in corporate or business strategy roles in CPG, strategy consulting experience, or CPG finance.

Demonstrated ability and knowledge of financial models, P&L and scenario modeling.

Ability to scope business problems by understanding both the nature of the problem and senior management vision for the ultimate impact, distilling complex data into simple, actionable stories.

Demonstrated executive presence and influence and management of key stakeholders.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to function effectively in a cross‑functional team environment as well as present to high‑level partner decision makers.
