Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Senior Financial Analyst working in Miami, FL, you will be a part of the Finance team. You will support the month‑end close, planning, business partnering, analysis, and reporting cycle of the LATAM Business Unit of Molson Coors Beverage Company.

This position requires approximately 30–40% travel.

This position reports to the Senior Finance Manager, LATAM, and will work closely with the LATAM Finance team, specifically supporting the regions of Mexico, Central America, and the Andean, and will be seen as a field specialist working closely with Sales and Marketing personnel. You will also collaborate with the HQ Finance team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

Responsible for monthly and quarterly close, reporting, and analysis for the LATAM region, including volume reconciliation, journal entries, royalty invoicing, and G&A reporting

Identifies cost‑reduction and efficiency opportunities while supporting monthly and quarterly LATAM financial reporting

Acts as a business partner by analyzing data, generating insights, and making recommendations that support commercial and financial decision‑making

Conducts business development, market analysis, and pricing analysis to support Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and distributor relationships

Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the LATAM region

Supports the Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycles through analysis, modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration

Assists in monthly forecast preparation, including regional G&A forecasting and Cash Flow preparation

You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and bring 4+ years of experience in Big 4 Accounting or CPG; a CPA is strongly preferred

You have solid knowledge of US GAAP

You are bilingual in English and Spanish

You have strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP is a major plus

You are detail‑oriented, collaborative, and team‑focused

You can work independently with strong initiative and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Pay and Benefits:

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $81,600.00 – $107,100.00 (posting salary range) +10% target short‑term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days, and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
