Executive Assistant & Project Manager

This role serves as the critical backbone to project delivery—bridging administrative excellence with cross‑functional coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is adept at managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal and client-facing projects across departments and time zones
Handle meeting scheduling, calendaring management and travel coordination for Executives
Serve as the point of contact for cross‑functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key milestones
Maintain accurate project documentation, track progress utilizing Excel, and create status reports, timelines, and executive summaries as needed
Monitor compliance with firm standards, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements as applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related preferred
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator required
Professional services industry experience including financial services, consulting, or legal preferred
Experience managing multiple calendars
International travel planning experience
Advanced reporting experience including Excel and Microsoft Power BI preferred
Ability to travel as necessary
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k benefits offered
Compensation: $85,000-$99,000 with eligibility for a bonus and over‑time.
