Location: Boston, MA. Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 per year.
Job Description Techo-Bloc is looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our regional sales team in the hardscape industry. Lead and develop your team: recruit, train, and mentor regional sales reps to exceed targets.
Drive sales growth: develop strategies to expand market share, build relationships, and boost revenue.
Build partnerships: work closely with dealers, contractors, architects, and distributors to position Techo‑Bloc as the go‑to choice.
Analyze and optimize: stay ahead of industry trends, track performance, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Qualifications
Proven sales leadership with 5+ years managing regional teams, preferably in hardscape, construction, or building materials.
Strong industry knowledge and network within the hardscape or building materials market.
Results‑oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Inspiring leader with excellent coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel regionally to support your team and customers.
Training & Development Techo‑Bloc provides formal sales and product training, plus access to the industry’s largest self‑paced video library.
Physical Requirements The role involves occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), travel to dealer and customer sites, and working both indoors and outdoors. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
