Role Description As the Regional Sales Manager for the New England region, you will be the driving force behind the adoption and sales of our innovative Virtual Eye devices. This is a remote, full‑time position that requires extensive, frequent travel to eye care practices and clinics throughout the New England states (CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME). You are expected to be centrally located within this territory to efficiently manage travel and client visits. You will own the full sales cycle, from strategic territory planning and fostering key client relationships to ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing utilization of our cloud‑based VR solution. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic planning, proactive relationship management, and a passion for introducing disruptive technology to the medical field.
Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell Virtual Vision Health's Virtual Eye devices to eyecare professionals within your assigned territory
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
Conduct in‑person product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to utilize our technology effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system
Qualifications
Proven expertise in sales strategy, territory management, and building client relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify sales opportunities
Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Self‑motivated, results‑driven professional with an ability to work independently and remotely
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the New England region (CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME)
Must be centrally located within the New England territory to facilitate efficient client travel
Proficiency in CRM software and remote collaboration tools
$65,000 + commissions
