Position Overview As a
CIT (Counselor in Training) , you’ll assist our senior coaches and camp staff in running youth programs, ensuring a fun, safe, and organized experience for all participants. This is a seasonal, part‑time, paid opportunity—perfect for those looking to gain real‑world experience in coaching, childcare, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior camp coaches with daily tennis and camp activities.
Support the organization and flow of youth programming on and off the court.
Engage with campers through games, arts & crafts, and tennis instruction.
Supervise kids during lunchtime and assist with transitions between activities.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all campers.
Help Club Managers and coaches with operational needs both in the club and on the courts.
We’re Looking For CITs Who
Bring great energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for education and sport.
Are team players excited to support kids of all ages.
Bonus if you have past experience as a CIT, working with youth, or on any marketing or research projects.
What We Offer
Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications).
Career Pathway Opportunities: (based on experience) Assistant Coach → Junior Coach → Coach.
