Job Summary Responsible for overseeing administrative operations and supporting business management functions.

This role ensures efficient office processes, manages resources and provides critical support for leadership to enhance organizational productivity and operational effectiveness.

Essential Functions

Develops and implements administrative processes to optimize office workflow and resource allocation.

Supports financial planning and budget management, monitoring expenditures to ensure alignment with department goals.

Coordinates with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient execution of projects.

Prepares financial reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manages vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, and oversees procurement activities.

Serves as a financial liaison between departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Assists in coordinating special projects and events as needed, managing resources and timelines effectively.

Education Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required, or bachelor's degree Healthcare Administration required, or bachelor's degree Related Field of Study required.
