Base pay range $142,000.00/yr - $205,000.00/yr

Our teams are constantly inventing new ways to come together and create - launching Threads, a new Edits app for video creation, and the ongoing evolution of Reels, Ads, Search, and more. The Finance and Business Planning team enables Meta to plan, prioritize, and execute as effectively as possible. We are true partners and financial advisors to our business partners, working together to solve the toughest business challenges and operating with an objective perspective.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support the full financial picture for Instagram and Threads. This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting Instagram Product, Engineering, Business, and cross‑functional leaders. You will support decisions around resource allocation, expense management, and prioritization across a full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting. This role will offer you the opportunity to understand and contribute to many facets of business and product strategy, including impact measurement, product analytics, and financial reporting. You may be genuinely interested in our platforms, have experience working with business leaders on resourcing decisions, own financial reporting processes, and demonstrate a bias for action. Responsibilities

Become an integral part of Instagram and Threads’ strategy and planning processes

Act as a trusted Finance partner for Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional Tech leaders

Lead a series of resourcing, investment processes to help Instagram and Threads most effectively deploy resources directly with leadership teams

Own day‑to‑day operational budget management

Champion data‑driven viewpoints across Instagram, Threads, and Meta Finance leadership

Collaborate with horizontal FP&A teams to improve and operationalize processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in finance / strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related professional experience managing strategic investments and strategy

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

Demonstrated leadership across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning

Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting

Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders

Biased to action, organized, detail‑oriented, and experience multi‑tasking in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company

Experience directly supporting leadership teams in a hyper‑scaling environment

Hands‑on experience utilizing AI tools, data analytics platforms, and forecasting technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R), ideally with a track record of developing solutions yourself
