Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Director of Sales to drive new business growth in this region, with a strong preference for candidates based in Michigan or Ohio. This is a direct B2B sales role focused on selling our suite of corporate foodservice solutions to high-level decision-makers at large corporations.

Additional Success Factors

To be successful in this role, the Senior Director of Sales must build and manage a strong book of business by actively developing new prospects while working with current and emerging leads.

This position requires a

hands-on, hunter-oriented approach , including consistent

prospecting and cold calling

as an essential part of the sales process. The ability to generate opportunities independently, nurture long-term relationships, and convert leads into closed business is critical.

Competitive base salary plus commission based on performance, total salary and commission with performance likely $150,000. plus, pre-year.

is a critical driver of Corporate Dining Concepts’ growth strategy and long-term success. This leader will directly impact company revenue, profitability, and market positioning by securing high-value corporate partnerships and helping guide expansion into new regions and opportunities.

The role is designed for a senior sales professional who wants

absolute authority, real influence, and a seat at the table —working alongside executive leadership to shape strategy, support potential acquisitions, and drive the next phase of the company's growth.

Success in this role will be visible, measurable, and rewarded.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or

5–7 years of successful B2B sales experience , preferably in corporate foodservice, hospitality, facilities services, or a related industry

Demonstrated success closing complex, consultative sales with

Fortune 500 companies or equivalent organizations

Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through

self-generated prospecting efforts

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers

You will learn contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and financial modeling for proposals

Highly effective with strong relationship-building skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and prioritie
