Digital Communications Coordinator Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative contract-to-hire Digital Communications Coordinator to join their vibrant team. Compensation $25-30/h contract

Responsibilities

Devise and implement social media strategies to enhance the organization’s digital footprint across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Curate and generate engaging content, including writing, photography, and short videos, to promote exhibitions, programs, and events.

Monitor audience engagement and provide detailed reports on social media metrics, recommending tactics to optimize outreach.

Manage and update the organization’s website, ensuring fresh content and seamless user experience, while leveraging analytics to inform ongoing improvements.

Coordinate digital publicity campaigns by organizing visuals and overseeing image requests for various communications needs.

Maintain the organization’s email newsletter and digital asset systems, ensuring timely distribution of news and updates.

Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance messaging aligned with the organization’s mission.

Stay current on digital trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of the digital landscape.

Support filming requests and oversee digital asset management to ensure high-quality visuals are readily available for outreach.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

At least three years of hands‑on experience in digital communications within a professional or institutional setting.

Demonstrated mastery of social media platforms and content creation, including a portfolio and writing samples.

Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple tasks independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to craft compelling content.

Familiarity with website management, analytics, and digital asset systems.

Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Proven self‑starter with a professional demeanor and attention to detail.
