What You’ll Be Doing
Rewriting and maintaining machine control software (Codesys) across our equipment fleet
Designing and modifying electrical control panels and schematics
Integrating and troubleshooting PLC, HMI, and PDM systems
Connecting software platforms to streamline our manufacturing processes
Working closely with the production and R&D teams to roll out improvements
Supporting installs and upgrades across Australia and international sites
What You’ll Need
Degree or trade background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, and Codesys (or similar platforms)
Experience in panel design, wiring standards, and machine automation
Bonus points for Python, SQL, C#, or integrating business software with machinery
Solid understanding of industrial control systems and communications (OPC UA, Modbus, CANbus, etc.)
What We Offer
A growing, Australian‑owned business with global reach
Big impact: your work directly shapes the machines and systems we deliver
Supportive team, no red tape, and freedom to take initiative, flexible work arrangements
Real opportunity to build out smart systems from the ground up
