ServiceNow Senior Consultant – IT Service Management (ITSM)
Location: Anywhere in Country

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and refine business models and processes.
Analyze newly implemented solutions to verify that they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
Lead client workshops, facilitate requirements sessions, and guide multi‑disciplinary teams.
Travel as needed to meet with clients and support project delivery.
Skills And Attributes for Success
Act as a workstream lead across design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of ServiceNow ITSM projects.
Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 consultants, including offshore resources.
Provide expertise on ServiceNow ITSM processes and technology transformation.
Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities to deliver best‑practice recommendations.
Understand CMDB and IT Operations Management connectivity to ITSM processes.
Lead client process & design sessions and facilitate workshops.
Support both waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, and risk management.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
One additional ServiceNow certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM).
3+ years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, teamwork, and relationship‑building skills.
Experience leading and supervising teams.
Valid driver’s license (U.S.).
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred (Ideal) Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Performance analytics and reporting experience.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations, HAM, or SAM.
Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
