Job Description Are you a go‑getter who thrives on freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential? We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This is a 100 % commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want control of their time and income.

What You’ll Do

Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions

Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions

Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long‑term residuals

Work independently with full support and training

You Are

A natural communicator and closer

Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling

Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented

Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)

Compensation is commission‑only residual model with a portfolio ownership component and includes health benefits and a 401K match.

Qualifications We are looking for curious and empathetic people who resonate with our four core values, have a positive outlook, are comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in an ever‑evolving, complex environment.

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)

Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

Location Fully remote. You must have eligible working rights and ability to be in the field of your team region.
