Job Description Construction boutique firm seeks a Construction or Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will conduct legal research, analyze complex litigation matters, prepare legal memoranda, draft pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other filings, and manage discovery demands. Excellent writing skills are essential. The attorney will maintain client relationships, interact with senior counsel, and may appear at court conferences and hearings as required.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analysis of complex litigation matters.
Prepare legal memoranda and draft pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings.
Assist with discovery demands.
Maintain client relationships with strong communication and interpersonal service.
Appear at court conferences and hearings as needed (preferred).
Qualifications
3+ years litigation experience in construction or commercial litigation.
Experience with complex commercial litigation, complex brief writing, and electronic discovery.
Strong writing and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Admission to the New York Bar required.
