Job Summary Drata is looking for an experienced Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and support the growth and scale of our Go to Market teams (GTM) across Sales and Customer Success. In this role, you will support our employees, managers and leaders with people programs spanning talent development, performance management, employee engagement and more. You will have the opportunity to directly impact and partner with a growing and talented organization. You will execute people’s strategies to retain talent, coach employees and managers on HR policies and guidelines, and work to ensure Drata’s mission and values is a constant reality for all employees.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to the GTM Executive and Management team by providing guidance and feedback to our amazing employees and teams to drive efficiencies and best practices in a highly dynamic and fast‑paced organization.

What You’ll Do

Provide leadership and management coaching on both day‑to‑day and long‑term opportunities and challenges to help the team operate most effectively, ensure an exceptional employee experience, and support achievement of organizational goals.

Measure and monitor key HR metrics / dashboard for the GTM organization and translate into targeted solutions to scale, develop and support Drata’s growth.

Act as an advocate and strategic partner to employees, managers and leaders within the GTM teams.

Understand organizational talent strategy and talent plans while providing feedback and recommendations to your leaders on org design changes.

Understand stakeholder perspectives at multiple leadership levels and partner with organizational leaders to ensure proactive, effective communication strategies and processes for issues or situations of varying complexity.

Work closely with other HRBPs on developing and deploying HR initiatives that align with business priorities to positively impact talent engagement, talent development and retention.

Support and contribute to changes in processes and practices that will allow for greater scalability.

Partner closely with your peers in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, and HR Ops and Systems.

Respond to employee concerns and provide employee relations guidance to managers to ensure effective application of company policies / procedures and company culture and minimize legal risks, complaints charges and turnover.

What You’ll Bring

7+ years of dynamic experience in all aspects of Human Resources and as a HR Business Partner who has supported global clients within the GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success)

3+ or more years of experience as a strategic business partner with experience in human resources management

Experience operating in a matrix organization environment

Trust and respect in confidentiality in regards to all matters and documents shared.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for this role is: $170,300 – $210,300, subject to change.
