About the Role Are you passionate about leading operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment? We are looking for a SuperPilot to join us on our journey to facilitate a digital revolution in the B2B supply chain. The SuperPilot is responsible for all aspects of supply chain and logistics management to support customer activity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinates with customers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of Vorto services

Manages and oversees the execution of day-to-day logistics operations

Monitors and manages inventory, storage, and transportation.

Analyzes and optimizes logistical procedures.

Ensures the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Monitors shipments, costs, and timelines.

Addresses and resolves shipment and routing issues.

Builds and maintains logistics provider relationships

Manages and oversees the consistent supply and delivery of materials from existing suppliers to customers

Continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement

Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

Exceptional analytical skills

Experience with BI and other analytical tools preferred

Ability to react to dynamic situations and make thoughtful decisions quickly

Ability to work 12 hours shifts, 7 days a week, rotating day and evening shifts with a week off in between

Understanding of service-focused operations teams that support a group of customers whose operations are 24/7/365

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word) and logistics software

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in all projects and an ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary.

Ability to multi-task projects and required tasks in an organized fashion

Ability to work in a team environment as well as self-motivated in individual projects

Ability to communicate both verbally and written to all levels of the organization

Educational/Experience Requirements

3+ years supply chain/logistics or related experience and/or training

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Compensation $26-$29 per hour based on experience
