Job Title: Junior Account Executive
Location: Capitol Hill, DC - Hybrid Work
The Compensation:
Base Salary: $55K + OTE: $10-15K (First-year earnings potential: $65K–$70K)

Your Junior AE Mission:
As a core member of the Junior AE team, you will be on the front lines, helping financial institutions ensure fair lending practices. This involves:
Becoming conversant and articulate in complex regulatory frameworks.
Proactively researching and identifying new customers (banks, mortgage lenders, etc.).
Scheduling introductory meetings for the senior sales team.
Embodying an entrepreneurial spirit while collaborating closely with the sales team.
