Entry-Level Business Development Base Salary: $55,000. First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $65,000–$70,000 (Base + Commission).

Role

Build the Foundation : Strategically research and prospect high-value leads using cutting‑edge tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to build a robust sales pipeline.

Lead with Insight : Become a subject‑matter expert on the client’s offering to engage C‑level executives and qualify their critical business pain points.

Multi‑Channel Engagement : Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.

Drive Revenue : Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to the company’s revenue targets.

Process Excellence : Embrace feedback and utilize our comprehensive training program to master industry best practices and internal sales workflows.

Qualifications

Full 4‑year Bachelor’s degree (required).
