The Role We are urgently seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in the Columbus, OH area. This is a critical role that requires proven expertise in residential installation and a strong leadership mindset. The ideal candidate will take ownership of installations and oversee crew quality, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead Installation: Lead the installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps in residential new construction settings. Crew Supervision: Inspect and perform quality checks over the crew and installation work, ensuring adherence to project specifications and company quality standards. Safety & Compliance: Enforce and strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures on the job site. Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to manage installation logistics and site challenges. Physical Work: Comfortably handle the physical workload required for installations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of four(4) years of verifiable experience in HVAC installation (residential new construction preferred). Leadership: Proven experience in a lead, supervisory, or foreman role is required. Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with HVAC duct systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and AC unit installations. Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to job sites in the Columbus, OH, area.
