Job Description Job Description Job Title: HVAC Installer We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Installation: Perform residential and/or commercial installation of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, ductwork, and ventilation systems, following blueprints and company specifications. System Setup: Run line sets, condensate lines, control wiring, and install thermostats and other necessary components. Ductwork: Fabricate, install, modify, and repair ductwork and fittings. Compliance: Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal codes, as well as manufacturer specifications. Testing: Conduct thorough pressure, vacuum, and operational checks of newly installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Communication: Clearly communicate the scope of work and installation process to customers, answering any questions in a professional manner. Safety: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including proper handling of refrigerants, power tools, and ladder usage. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including work orders, time sheets, and warranty information, accurately and on time. Required Qualifications Experience: 3 years of verifiable experience as an HVAC Installer. Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Certifications: Current EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification. Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC codes, principles, and best practices. Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures. Driving: Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record. ALL tools are provided by the company
