for hardworking and dependable Package Handlers to join our team in Benicia. As the

backbone of our delivery operations, you’ll ensure that every package is sorted correctly and

loaded safely to reach our customers on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort Scan: Accurately sort incoming packages by zip code and destination using hand

scanners.

• Load Unload: Safely offload trailers and load delivery trucks to maximize space and

ensure package safety.

• Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure labels are clear and correct to

prevent missorts.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols

and company policies.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift leads and fellow handlers to meet high-

volume deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for long periods and work in a warehouse

environment (varying temperatures)- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as

temperatures vary in the warehouse by season. Gloves and work boots are

recommended.

• Strength: Regularly lift, push, and pull 25–35 lbs; Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. and

occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large

packages. 

• Reliability: A track record of being dependable and punctual for early morning or

evening shifts.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communication: Ability to read and understand English to process labels and follow

safety instructions.

• Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check
