Opportunity Profit Isle is seeking a visionary and results‑oriented Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy, architecture, and development efforts. This critical leadership role is responsible for driving the evolution of our cutting‑edge platform and ensuring its scalability, security, and continuous innovation through strategic integration of artificial intelligence. The CTO will shape the future of Profit Isle’s product offerings and technological capabilities, translating business vision into a robust and agile technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Vision : Define and execute a scalable technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for Profit Isle, aligning with the company’s business objectives and growth trajectory.
AI Innovation & Integration : Spearhead the integration of AI and machine learning across our platform, identifying new opportunities to enhance our solution’s capabilities, predictive power, and automated insights. Drive the adoption of cutting‑edge AI technologies to maintain our competitive advantage.
Architecture Leadership : Oversee the architecture, design, and development of Profit Isle’s data‑driven SaaS platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, security, and performance. Make critical technology choices and guide the evolution of our tech stack.
Product Development Collaboration : Partner with Product Management and other teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of new functionalities and enhancements.
Data Strategy : Develop and implement a robust data strategy including data governance, warehousing, and analytics infrastructure, to support our core product and future AI and other key initiatives.
Security & Compliance : Ensure the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) across all technological operations.
Technology Evangelism & Representation : As the senior technology ambassador for Profit Isle, serve internally as a collaborative business partner and externally to build the company’s credibility as a thought leader at industry events, with partners, and in client discussions.
Resource Management : Manage the technology budget, resources, and supplier relationships effectively, and ensure metrics that serve our customers and our business, aligning decisions with priorities and performance.
Operational Excellence : Establish and optimize development processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum), and quality management practices that ensure efficiency, quality, reliability, and scalability of our existing platform and any additions.
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years of progressive leadership in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP of Engineering, Head of Technology, or CTO) within a SaaS company, preferably in fintech or a related field involving strong financial analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling enterprise‑grade SaaS platforms, particularly with the design, construction, and delivery of modular enterprise solutions.
Thought leader with a deep understanding of how to integrate and leverage AI/ML technologies to drive product innovation, quality management, and business value, evolving toward agentic SaaS.
Strong background in data architecture, data science, and advanced analytics.
Broad and deep business acumen, especially with financial planning and analysis, and experience with integrations to ERPs and data warehouses.
Deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, and API‑first development.
Experience with various programming languages, databases, and development tools relevant to a high‑growth tech environment.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
