A deep-tech company in the distributed systems space is expanding its Solution Engineering team. The product is a next‑generation testing platform used by engineering teams that care about reliability, performance, and correctness.
We’re looking for people who can lead short, high‑impact customer Proof‑of‑Concepts, clearly communicate technical value, and help close major enterprise deals. Two role tracks are open:
• Solution Engineer (hands‑on):
technical deep dives, coding in customer environments, building/running demos
• Solutions Consultant (sales‑facing):
strong technical fluency, excellent communicator, leads workshops and executive discussions
What You’ll Do
Own the technical close of six‑ and seven‑figure opportunities
Build and run demos that expose system issues
Deliver customer workshops on resilience and correctness
Work closely with Account Executives to shape solution fit
Support onboarding and early adoption
What You Bring
Background in software engineering, systems, or SRE
Experience with Python, C++, scripting languages (Rust/Nix a plus)
Comfortable communicating with both technical and executive audiences
Able to move quickly within short sales cycles
Hands‑on coding experience (for Solution Engineer)
Technical literacy + strong customer presence (for Solutions Consultant)
