Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Principal/Lead Electrical Engineer. The role involves leading the design and execution of electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include preparing electrical system designs, reviewing engineering plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical leadership, and contribute to the development of engineering solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
Expertise in Electrical System Design, Power Distribution, and Circuit Design
Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools and simulation software
Experience with fossil power plant design required, combined-cycle experience highly desired
15+ Years professional experience
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and communication
Sound knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and standards for electrical engineering
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering REQUIRED.
Professional Engineer licensure REQUIRED.
Proven experience leading teams and managing projects in the engineering or AEC field
