Senior Project Manager – Public Infrastructure

Salary: $166,000 to $207,000 annually. Eligible for the annual performance bonus plan.
About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from qualification through closeout, ensuring contracts are met safely and within budget.
Lead project and field teams, ensuring all contractual agreements are performed safely and professionally.
Develop and administer project schedules, performance requirements, and budgets.
Communicate with superintendents, field teams, and customers to meet project objectives.
Provide guidance to subordinates, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures.
Supervise project activities and coordinate resources to achieve schedules and goals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 6 years with a Master’s). At least 5 years of Project Manager‑level experience in electrical construction or related leadership role.
2 years of managing professional staff.
Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Experience managing people and projects within commercial, utility, alternative energy, or data‑center markets.
Strong knowledge of estimating, cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting for electrical construction projects.
No sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the United States.
