Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
MBA.
Experience with SA360 or search advertising or sales or product strategy in traditional or digital advertising.
Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and expertise in translating product offerings into sales-facing value propositions in line with customer business and marketing objectives.
Strong operational excellence with the ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress across multiple workstreams, thrive and exercise judgment in a fluid environment.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic/investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted executive relationships with exceptional communication skills to present complex concepts to various audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities.
Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product OKRs and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies; build governance systems to diagnose, discuss and progress against key business goals.
Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives; influence Global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision-making and activation.
Oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization-wide strategic processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
