The Vice President, People & Culture will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing vision and leadership for all human resources and people-related initiatives. This executive will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, building scalable systems, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring HR operations support both mission impact and organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic leadership and hands‑on execution, deep experience in regulated, mission‑driven environments, and a strong passion for behavioral health, recovery, and community‑based services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience Prior experience in behavioral health, human services, healthcare, or another highly regulated, mission‑driven environment Fluency in Spanish required; experience supporting multilingual workforces strongly preferred Demonstrated success building or scaling an HR function within a growing organization Experience working with diverse populations and community‑based organizations Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred This role will sit

for first 120 days and then will go HYBRID
