office is seeking a full‑time, awesome, General Dentist to start in February!
The ideal dentist candidate is a skilled provider focused on delivering excellent comprehensive dentistry and positively impacting the employee culture. Our beautiful practice is located in downtown Chicago in a vibrant neighborhood, with easy access to Metra lines and public parking.
What we offer you:
Pay: 32.5% of adjusted net production (w/daily rate through first three months)
Signing bonus: $5,000.00* (least 1 year experience)
Annual earnings of $254,000 (avg, 1st year)
50-70 new patients per month (avg)
8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists)
Balanced Monday‑Friday schedule (average 34‑37 hours) w/ 1 Saturday per month

In‑house milling with Glidewell’s FastMill: allows for same‑day delivery of zirconia crowns.
DCI Series 5 chairs that come fully equipped with integrated electric motors for restorative and endodontic procedures. Piezos built‑in to each chair, as well.
Best‑in‑class materials and products via Kerr (i.e. Simpleshade), 3M (i.e. retraction paste), Coltene (Alpen burs), and many more.
Provide ortho via Invisalign with a predictable system as part of training. Vivera retainers are considered standard at Dentologie (the retainer offered for the supreme quality).
Responsibilities:
Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities
Correct bite issues and overcrowding
Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners
Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics
Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, to examine and treat teeth
Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the treatment rendered to them.
Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients.
Diagnose, treatment plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
Routine follow‑up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email.
Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcome.
Qualifications:
Active IL dental license (and malpractice insurance)
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough treatment planning skills.
Strong inter‑personal and leadership qualities.
Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work
Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance – eager to further enhance your skillset.
