Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s from a top-tier school required. ~10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO experience. ~2–3 years in investment banking, Big 4 consulting, or management consulting. ~ Strong foundation in FP&A, treasury/cash management, and accounting. ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive process improvements. ~ Build and scale FP&A team; Establish Treasury Management function and enhance cash forecasting. Oversee accounting operations, including payroll billing and tax compliance. Support board reporting (minimal fundraising/M&A involvement).
