Networking and engagement with diverse backgrounds. Day?to?day duties of a Meet Entry Level Recruiter Run your own 360 desk: candidate delivery and new business development. Head?hunt candidates via cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, and referrals. Conduct market research on companies for business development purposes. Become a life?sciences subject?matter expert to source high?quality, relevant candidates for open positions. Deliver exceptional candidate experience from initial phone call to offer closing. Work with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent. Maintain pipeline and system updatesadministrative tasks as needed.
