The Role
We’re hiring a Founding GTM Recruiter to partner directly with founders and senior leaders to scale our GTM team.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will operate as a founding member of the talent function , owning GTM hiring end‑to‑end during a critical scale‑up phase.
You’ll set the bar, design the process, and personally drive outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Own full‑cycle recruiting for GTM roles
Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to translate growth goals into hiring plans
Build high‑signal pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound
Run tight, high‑bar interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience
Be highly selective—optimize for quality over volume
Operate independently with minimal oversight and high accountability
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of recruiting experience in similar environments
Demonstrated startup / scale‑up experience , ideally Series B–D
Strong domain preference with experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
Self‑managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome‑oriented
Willingness to be on‑site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier

Compensation
$180,000 – $200,000 ( base + bonus )
