We are seeking a Board-Certified Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a hospital-based, inpatient-only practice at a Level I Trauma Center in Hartford, Connecticut . This role offers a balanced surgical volume, strong ancillary support, and competitive compensation with long-term potential.

• Hospital-based All inpatient

• Coverage includes OR, ICU, ER, and floor rounding

• Trauma Level: Level I

• Annual ER Volume: 85,000

• Operating Rooms: 3

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: Full complement

• Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
